Moving With the Unknown - A Somatic Movement & Inner Essence Day Retreat
In our lives, the unknown often brings up our deepest fears and resistance. Yet, it’s also a space ripe with potential for transformation, growth, and new beginnings. Moving with the Unknown invites you to explore, embrace, and even reframe your relationship with the unknown—moving from a place of resistance, fear, and avoidance to a space of connection, curiosity, safety, and transformation.
During this immersive day retreat, we’ll engage in somatic healing practices, movement, and meditation. These modalities will guide you toward transforming your relationship with the unknown, creating new pathways for inner peace and personal growth.
